In recent athletic history two men stand out to me--Wayne Gretsky and John Elway--both were standouts in their chosen sports, heroes to millions and both retired at the top of their game, well before they past their primes--I admire that in people--I don’t want to hold on past the expiration date--I want to go out remembered for what I am and not for what I used to be.

It's been a long time since I posted. I am still loving retirement. I saw this on another site recently and wanted to share it with all of you! Put it on my tombstone. Should be ready to go back to spirit in say 30-35 years!!
